Noon Himmelman- an artist and an architect, born in Tel-Aviv in 1960.

As a passionate art enthusiast, Noon studied at the faculty for environmental design at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem from 1980 to 1985 and has also completed post graduate studies in architecture at the Technion Institute in Haifa.

After she graduated, in 1986, Noon established herself as an independent architect, which she practices to this day.

In 1990, Noon took on many architectural projects in the old city of Jaffa such as restoring and maintaining ancient stone buildings, where she had also renovated an old shoe factory as her home.

After a few years Noon moved to Ramat Hasharon to a home which she designed herself.

In 2000 Noon started experimenting with the art of mosaic, creating both in the classic style of Judaica and also creating self-interpretations incorporating unique iron sculpting.

Noon found interest in the fields of conscious thinking, Chromotherapy, Feng shui and many more all of which influenced her works of art tremendously.
She also completed her training as a personal coach at the EMOTION institute during those years.

In 2008 Noon held two solo exhibitions: the first was called “Figure-Image” and the second was called “Portrait-Mask”. Both of which dealt with ideas she derived from her spiritual studies and from her ongoing quest to answer her own existential questions.

As years went by, Noon’s works were presented in many exhibitions.

In 2010 her exhibition “Full Stomach”, was presented in the “Aviv-Tower” gallery with works of art dealing with her divorce.

In 2011, 20 of Noon’s works were presented in the “Jerusalem Theater” Gallery and in 2012 her works were also presented in the “Bet Amot Hamishpat” Gallery.

In 2013 her works were presented in a permanent exhibition in “Beit Titan” and in 2016 Noon presented her recent works in a Solo exhibition in the Jaffa Port Gallery, which included over 100 works of art.
